Sarah has spent the last seventeen years obtaining hands on experience in all facets of the hospitality industry. Her talents lead her into a restaurant consulting career, where she over saw every aspect, from conception to execution, launching, marketing and running of numerous restaurants. After graduating from University, she re-entered the industry as a freelance Account and Operations Manager. In 1997, she launched bitchin kitchen a full services event and film catering company. In 2004, she obtained Catering by Design. Her diverse background has developed her exceptional eye for beauty and design along with an incredible imagination and flair for entertaining.
